The hydraulic system provides high pressure (usually 30-35MPa), and the shearing force can reach hundreds of tons (such as 300-ton scissors suitable for bridge demolition).

Precise disassembly and separation

The blade design is divided into flat edge (cutting steel bars) and special-shaped edge (crushing concrete), realizing material classification and recycling;

Cut twisted metal components after earthquakes/car accidents and quickly open rescue channels.

3. Selection reference

Select by material:

Rebar/profile cutting: select narrow blades (such as DEMARE C45);

Concrete + rebar mixed cutting: select composite blades (such as KOMAC KSC series).

Matching by excavator:

15-20 ton excavators are suitable for shears with a shear force of 100-150 tons;

Excavators above 40 tons can choose industrial-grade shears (such as GENESIS XT series).

Special requirements: explosion-proof design (petrochemical plant), underwater hydraulic system (port engineering).
